ABOUT
The Full Story
In 2008 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort
Lauderdale. For the past 14 years, I have been working with inspiring designers in the residential design industry, growing my career and expanding my creativity skills, and building my own portfolio.
As I progressed through this field of work, I began to feel that something was missing. I felt that there was more to interior design than what meets the eye, and this curiosity drove me to look deeper into my own inner world and ask myself what my purpose and reason was for creating beautiful spaces.
Was there something more beyond this?
During this inner search I found a lot more than I bargained for.
I unveiled unknown parts within me and discovered new gifts around perceiving life's energy in a unique way. This has changed my life and perspective on how I see and interact with the world, especially with people and spaces.
Through my quest of expanding my knowledge of energy and design, I realized there was life beyond the world of the five senses.
I saw the opportunity to use this awareness to create spaces with intention and more purpose, in a way that I could translate the client's unique essence into their homes.

Growing up in Bogota, Colombia, I was exposed to one-of-a-kind architecture and a culture of color,
which developed part of my design skills and aesthetic. My family and I moved around the city
often, always experiencing new places to live in. This exposed me to a “gypsy-like” lifestyle that
has continued to inspire me and the way I choose to live to this day. My family and I adapted ourselves to many places throughout my life. Places with incredibly rich history, and some with little to non. This supported me and enabled me to learn how to read the energy of different spaces, and how they affect the people within them.
My fascination for architecture and the numerous architectural layouts I got to live in, is one of the reasons I decided to pursue a career in interior design. Little did I know that this fascination and life experience was preparing me for something bigger than just creating beautiful spaces.
I have also expanded my perspective through traveling which is one of my favorite things to do.
Seeing how other cultures interact with interior spaces and how this also shapes their lives has
reaffirmed what I had experienced growing up. While visiting other countries I've become more
aware and corroborated how each space has its own unique energetic signature, and how these
energies influence the people who live there, or even visit. I can say some of these places changed
me in many ways and have shaped me to become the person and interior designer I am today.
My purpose, passion and pleasure as an interior designer is to create spaces with intention, from a conscious and grounded level, as a way of generating a stronger connection between people and their homes. To show people how the places they live in largely influence them, and how they can use this to benefit and support their own energy and human potential.
